Abstract: The present invention relates to new targets for cancer therapy and / or diagnosis. In particular, the present invention provides new prophylactic and therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers for cancer, in particular solid tumours. In a first aspect, the present invention relates to methods of screening, design, engineering or otherwise producing a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for use in treatment of cancer.
