Abstract:
The present invention provides a lift type weight measuring apparatus (400) which is able to measure the weight of a measurement object after spatially isolating the measurement object. The lift type weight measuring apparatus (400) includes an upper sensing plate (410) to move upwards, and weight sensing means provided under the upper sensing plate (410) to sense a weight of the measurement object seated on the upper sensing plate. The lift type weight measuring apparatus (400) further includes lift means to move both the upper sensing plate and the weight sensing means vertically, and control means to control the operation of the lift means and to measure the weight of the measurement object using a weight sensing signal output from the weight sensing means.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an automatic balance adjustable rotor for a centrifuge apparatus, and an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic balance adjustable rotor for a centrifuge apparatus which may detect a weight unbalance between samples installed to buckets to be mounted to the rotor before the centrifuge operation, allowing the rotor lever to be horizontally moved in an accurate manner depending on the detection result so that a dynamic balance may be maintained during the centrifuge operation, and distributing the remaining eccentric unbalance weight due to a back lash during the rotation of the rotor so that the durability of the rotor which is required for a high-speed rotation may be reliably assured. The rotor of the present invention is configured to comprise: a rotor lever (100), both ends of which are configured to be capable of supporting buckets in which samples are installed, wherein a block worm gear (104) is installed in a lengthwise direction at a central portion of a top surface of the rotor lever (100); a rotor body (110) for supporting the rotor lever, allowing the rotor lever to be horizontally moved in an accurate manner; a lever movement motor (180) installed in the rotor body; and a power transmission means (200) for transmitting a rotational force of the lever movement motor to the block worm gear, allowing the rotor lever to be horizontally moved.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an automatic balancing rotor for centrifuges which is capable of compensating for imbalance of a centrifugal force occurring due to a weight difference of samples. The automatic balancing rotor includes a plurality of rotating arms (29) which is spaced out at regular angular intervals, with a plurality of buckets (31) containing the samples therein supported by the rotating arms (29). The automatic balancing rotor further includes a balance weight (15) which is provided in each of the rotating arms (29) to be movable in a radial direction, thus compensating for imbalanced centrifugal force applied to the buckets (15), and a balance weight moving means which horizontally moves the balance weight (15) in the radial direction of each of the rotating arms (29).
Abstract:
The invention relates to an automatic balancing centrifugal apparatus by fluid compensation, which compensates a load imbalance among buckets holding samples by injecting a fluid into the buckets or sucking the fluid from the buckets, thereby simplifying the overall structure of the centrifugal apparatus, increasing the durability, and centrifuging a large quantity of samples under various high-speed rotation conditions smoothly. The automatic balancing centrifugal apparatus by fluid compensation comprises: rotors on which a plurality of buckets are mounted; a centrifuge motor for rotating said rotors; a load measurement mechanism, which is installed so as to lift and lower along the rotation trace of said buckets and which measures the load of said buckets while the restraint of the buckets is being released at the time of lifting; a position sensing mechanism for sensing whether or not each of said buckets is positioned right above said load measurement mechanism; a fluid compensation mechanism for injecting a fluid into said buckets or for sucking the fluid from the buckets; and a main control part for controlling the overall operations of each of said elements and for controlling said fluid compensation mechanism so that the loads of said buckets can become equal to each other.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a centrifugal machine of automatic balance type for detecting an umbalance in a specimen mounted on a rotor lever before every centrifugal machining, and for moving horizontally the rotor lever according to detected results, maintaining automatic balance, thereby preventing destruction of a specimen due to an unbalance of the rotor, extending life of the machine.
