Abstract: System/methods enable advertisements to be directly provided to consumers ("users) and/or embedded in a video entertainment program rendering on a consumer's electronic device for a consumer to. selectively view and can include an embedded link to an advertisement server accessible via a data network wherein the advertisement can access questions stored in a database regarding the advertisement. A user can selectively review the advertisement and then can be provided with at least one question about the advertisement from the advertisement server after the advertisement has completed rendering on the consumer device. The user can provide an answer to the at least one question (or a minimum set by the advertiser), and can earn compensation if the user's answer(s) is/are found to be correct by the advertisement server. Questions can be targeted (e.g., based on a registered consumer's profile) or can be provided randomly.
