The regulating disk (25) according to said invention can be monitored with greater accuracy and speed by means of the temperature-dependent regulating element (39), so that the set temperature of the water mixture stays constant, showing no noticeable variations. This is achieved through the fact that said mixing tap includes at least one mixing chamber (35) communicating with the through-openings (28, 29) of the lower guiding disk (23) and/or with the pressure-compensation chambers (36) of the upper guiding disk (24) and through the fact that the temperature-dependent regulating element (39) is arranged in the mixing chamber (35) of the regulating disk (25) and/or in a recess (32) communicating with said mixing chamber (35).
