Abstract: The present invention discloses polythiol compositions containing intermolecular sulfide compounds and at least one of 5-(2-mercaptoethyl)norbornane-2-thiol and 5-(2-mercaptoethyl)norbornane-3-thiol. These polythiol compositions can be derived from 5-vinylnorborn-2-ene, and are often used in formulations for adhesives and other end-use applications.
