Blood filtering device (1), comprising: * a filter body (3; 103), having an inlet port (4; 104) for blood to be filtered; * a delivery flexible hose (5; 105) of the blood to be filtered, apt to be connected to said inlet port (4? 104) and to further ducts linked to a circulatory system; * peristaltic pump means {10; 105, 109, 114, 115, 117, 118, 143, 144, 145), wherein a case {16; 116) forms at least one peristaltic pump rotor chamber (13; 114), apt to house inside a portion of said delivery flexible hose (5; 105) for obtaining a peristaltic effect, wherein said case (16; 116) defines means for maintaining said filter body (3; 103) in a working position.

A coupling device (1) for the connection of two ends (3, 9) of respective tubular members (2, 5), allowing the contact of the flowing fluid only with elements inside a closed container, circumstances and an inherently easy connection operation, thus it can be carried out, comprising: a closed container (10) housing said ends (3, 9) of respective tubular members (2, 5), one of said tubular members having a flexible terminal section (8) thereof inside said closed container; a mobile connection member (15), coupled at the end of said flexible terminal section (8), having a nozzle (16) apt to be inserted within a receiving end of the other tubular member,- and a cam device, located inside said closed container (10) and apt to be actuated from the outside of said closed container, apt to cooperate with said mobile connection member (15), the cam device causing the insertion and the ejection of said nozzle in and from said receiving end, and the corresponding connection and the disconnection of the two ends.

A device is described for fitting and removing a closing means (27, 29) on an end portion (13) of a tubular element (3), comprising: a container (1) defining an internal chamber (18); a rotating platform (19) inside said chamber at the bottom (16) thereof; a receiving housing (26) that is able to receive and hold a first closing means (27) from said end portion of tubular element; and a releasing housing (28) that is able to contain and release a second closing means (29), in said end portion of tubular element ; said receiving and releasing housings provided with an opening for passage of the closing means , being fixed on said rotating platform with said opening turned towards said perimeter walls (17) of the container. The device can be used as a connector for peritoneal dialysis and minimizes or eliminates the risks of contamination, also of pathogens, and the risks of peritonitis.

A coupling device (1) for connecting two ends (3, 9) of respective tubular members, allow the opening and the closing of a first tubular member and the simultaneous engagement of the two tubular members, in such a way preventing any pollution, comprises: a first case (5) housing a first end (3) of a respective first tubular member (2), comprising closing means (10) of said first end (3); a second case (20), wherein a flexible terminal section (6) of a respective second tubular member is received, comprising means for driving a second end (9) of said second tubular member from a retracted position to a engagement position into said first end (3) and vice versa; and means for reversibly connecting said first and second cases (5, 20) at a respective coupling port thereof, defining a single sealed environment; wherein the engagement and the disengagement of said second end (9) and the automatic mechanical activation and deactivation of said closing means (10) for opening and closing said first end (3).

A coupling device for controlling a fluid flow, particularly suitable to be used as connector in the sphere of the peritoneal dialysis, comprises: fitting openings, for the coupling of respective tubular members, formed within the walls of a container (1); a plate (23) positioned inside said container (1) and rotatable from the outside of said container (1); closure members (33, 36), each of them apt to be partially inserted within an end portion (34) of a first tubular member (3); catching and releasing means (32, 35) of said closure members (33, 36), associated to said plate (23); and a cap member (39), apt to enclose a projecting portion (38) of said closure members (33, 36) projecting from said end portion (34), held at one of said fitting openings (11) in engagement with said first tubular members (3), said cap member (39) being interposed between a closure member (33) inserted in said end portion (34) and said catching and releasing means of the closure members (33, 36), before the closure member (33) is caught by the catching and releasing means (32, 35).
