摘要： The present invention relates to a polynucleotide vector comprising the Simian taste-bud specific gene (STG) promoter operatively linked to a reporter gene. In preferred embodiments, the STG promoter is the murine ortholog of the STG promoter. In other preferred embodiments, the STG promoter is the human ortholog of the STG promoter. In some preferred embodiments, the reporter gene is green fluorescent protein (GFP). Additionally provided are vectors comprising the STG promoter operatively linked to a cre-recombinase gene.
