Abstract:
A regulating system (1) is disclosed for regulating the speed of rotation of an electric current-generating turbine. The system has a first regulating structure (1) that may be connected to a regulating member (3) for regulating the speed of rotation of the turbine during idle or insulated running of the turbine. A deviation signal (X) dependent on the difference between set value (W2) and real value (W2) of the speed of rotation may be supplied to the first regulating structure (2). During release, the first regulating structure (2) transmits a closure signal to the regulating member (3) depending on the deviation signal (X). The first regulating structure (2) thus combines a function of regulation of the speed of rotation during idle and/or insulated running of the turbine with a function of prevention of a fast turbine shut-down during release. Also disclosed is a process for regulating the speed of rotation of a turbine during release.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a regulating system (1) with at least two regulators (2a, 2b) to regulate a control unit (3), especially a control valve (3a) in the fuel supply system of a gas turbine plant. The regulating system (1) has a minimum selector (4) to select the process-cotrolled signal limitation (2a) and a limit generator (5) for the process-controlled signal limitation of the regulator (2a, 2b). Each regulator (2a, 2b) supplies an output signal, the maximum of which can be predetermined, and is connected on the output side to the minimum selector which selects a minimum output signal Y from the output signals of the regulators (2a, 2b). The minimum selector (4) is connected to the limit generator (5) in such a way that the output signal Y from the minimum selector (4) can be transmitted to said generator (5) which is connected to the regulators (2a, 2b) in such a way that at least the non-process controlling regulator (2b) is limited by a limiting value YNmax dependent upon the minimum output signal Y. The invention also relates to a use of the regulating system (1) in a gas turbine plant and a process for reducing the dead times in a regulating system (1) when the process control mode changes.
