The present invention relates to an oxide chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) slurry composition, to a method for manufacturing same, and to a polishing method using same, and more particularly, to a CMP slurry composition for polishing an oxide layer which has a material removal rate of about 2% to about 6%, and to a polishing method using same. The present invention relates to a CMP slurry composition which reduces the rate of wear of a low diamond disc and has superior polishing performance, to a method for manufacturing same, and to a polishing method using same.

The present invention pertains to a defect inspecting device, which comprises: a first optical unit for collimating each pair of rays so as to irradiate the same to an inspection position of an object to be inspected, wherein the pair of rays overlap each other at the edges thereof so that the overlapped areas is irradiated to the inspection position, a second optical unit for collimating each pair of rays so as to irradiate the same to the inspection position, wherein the pair of rays overlap each other at the edges thereof so that the overlapped area is irradiated to the inspection position; a control section for controlling the first optical unit and the second optical unit to be lighted alternately; and a camera for photographing the image of the inspection position using the incident light which is irradiated from the first optical unit or the second optical unit and then reflected from the inspection position.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a load measuring device and method capable of measuring, in real time, the load of a vehicle having a suspension with two-stage springs. The invention allows: sensors to be installed in both main springs and auxiliary springs of the suspension which has two-stages; and the weight, which is applied to the vehicle, to be measured by using measurement values of the sensors installed in the main springs and measurement values of the sensors installed in the auxiliary springs, wherein the measurement values are changed as the load is applied to the vehicle. Particularly, the invention adopts; a load measuring method using sensor values of the main springs or sensor values of the auxiliary springs in each load section of the vehicle; or a method for measuring the load that is applied to the vehicle by adding up the sensor measurement values of the main springs and the sensor measurement values of the auxiliary springs such that a mathematical formula capable of changing the added measurement values into the load is modeled, thereby calculating the applied load in real time by using the measurement values of the sensors, which are changed in real time according to the load that is applied to the vehicle, and outputting the calculated load to a user. Thus, even for conventional vehicles having a suspension with two-stage springs, to which the method for measuring the load of the vehicle in real time is difficult to apply, the invention can measure the exact load of the vehicle in real time, thereby effectively preventing an overload.

The present invention relates to a front retainer which is fitted to the door of a carrier for receiving substrates. The disclosed invention comprises: a frame which is joined to the door; an extending part which is formed so as to constitute a plurality of rows on the inside of the frame; a first substrate holding part which is formed on the extending part; and a second substrate holding part which is formed between the frame and the first substrate holding part on the extending part. Formed on the first substrate holding part there is a U-shaped first recess, and provided on the second substrate holding part there is a V-shaped second substrate holding part. The front retainer of the present invention has the advantage that it prevents scratching and abrasion of substrates and therefore minimises the occurrence of particles due to shocks to the front retainer and substrates, while holding the substrates stable during the process of shutting the door or transporting the carrier.

The present invention relates to N -substituted-sulfamoylbenzoic acid derivatives useful as an antiviral agent, and more particularly the present invention relates to novel N -substituted-sulfamoylbenzoic acid derivatives having an excellent inhibitory effect on replication of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, a preparation method thereof, and an antiviral pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound as an effective component. The N -substituted-sulfamoylbenzoic acid derivatives according to the present invention have an excellent inhibitory effect on replication of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) and thus can be advantageously used as a therapeutic or prophylactic agent of hepatitis C.

The present invention relates to novel 3-nitropyridine derivatives and the pharmaceutical compositions containing said derivatives, and more specifically, to 3-nitropyridine derivatives and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, the process for preparing them, and the pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds as active ingredients. In particular, said 3-nitropyridine derivatives of the present invention, due to their inhibitory activity against the proliferation of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as well as hepatitis B virus (HBV), can be used as a therapeutic agent as well as a preventive agent for hepatitis B and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS).

The first teeth project towards the front of the receptacle, and the first recesses are indented towards the rear of the receptacle and engage with the rear parts of the substrates. The first recesses are U shaped or V shaped.
