Abstract: Column for preliminary oil fractionization equipped with a orifice (9) for withdrawal of the processed substance for preparation of bitumen, fixed on the bottom of the column, and an orifice (10) for withdrawal of fractionization gasses, fixed on the top of the column, as well as a system of sieve-grid fractionating trays, situated along the height of the column. In the central zone of the column a profiled filling (2) is situated, located between sieve-grid fractionating trays (1), at which a dispersion device (4) is located above sieve-grid fractionating trays (1) in the upper part of the central zone, connected to orifice (3) for introducing of the liquid hydrocarbons, preheated to a certain temperature.

Abstract: A method for preparation of bitumen wherein the oil substance is oxidized by an oxidizing fluid, charged in the lower part of the reactor, while the substance passes through several zones, formed in the inner part of the reactor. The inner of the column apparatus is divided into 2 zones. Part of the intermediate products from the zones is mixed with the oil substance prior to its charging in the column.An installation for production of bitumen that includes reservoir for the substance and reactor, along the height of which oxidizing devices and cone tray are located and at the upper part of the column a dispersion device is located, connected to a pump. At the lower part of the reactor device for charging of the oxidizing fluid is located. The reactor (2) is divided into two zones of oxidation, to which pumps (3) are connected via orifices (4), which are connected to reservoir (1).
