Abstract:
An electrode device with integrated electrolyte supply for the treatment of metals, comprises a nozzle (2) connected with the unipolar electric current supply (7, 16) from an external apparatus, the other pole being connected with the metal surface being treated, and has the electrolytic solution used, for the specific treatment, arranged in a tank (6, 21) connected to said electrode device to supply said nozzle through channels inside said device; the electrolytic solution being put under pressure in the delivery direction through a dosaging device of said solution controlled by the user. Difference embodiments are described with manually actuated pumps and/or rigid or flexible tanks for spraying by the user. The tank (6, 21) is advantageously made removable, to allow the replacement of the electrolytic solution and to change the type of work to be carried out on the metallic surface in a quick and clean manner.
Abstract:
A portable tester (2) for determining the presence of chemical elements, comprising: a device (3) for bipolar electrical supply with two electrodes (5, 15), positioned near the object to be tested (S) and an absorbent component (19) placed on the surface (18) of the object for receiving a small quantity of chemical solution for the electrolytic bonding of the material to be tested; characterised in that the chemical solution is contained in a tank (11), inside the body of the tester; a tip (16) in absorbent material is in contact with the solution in the tank and with the surface to be tested (18); an electrode (5), advantageously the positive one (4), is positioned next to the tip (16) in order to make electrical contact with the surface to be tested (18) around the contact area of the tip; a second electrode (15) is placed very near to the tip in absorbent material (16), in order to be in contact with the component in absorbent material (19), when the latter are impregnated with the solution released by the tip in absorbent material in contact with it.
Abstract:
The device proposed for cleaning metal surfaces consists of a pad (12, 34, 91) of insulating material held between a beak-shaped (11, 52, 94) electrode (10, 26, 46) and the metal surface (8) to be cleaned, plus a low-voltage a.c. power supply (2) which is connected via the other electrode to the metal (7). A pump supplies the pad with a highly corrosive, high-density, acid solution. The pad consists of relatively thick hose or tape. The device has slots (36) into which the gases and vapours produced during cleaning are drawn by an extractor fan (40) and then passed through a washing bottle (41) where they are cleaned. The electrode may have various shapes, and it is possible to replace the tip (28, 94, 98). The electrode is preferably designed with bores through which the acid solution can be fed. The main body (97) of the electrode and the replaceable tip (94, 98) may be coated with a layer (101, 100) of insulating material which prevents short-circuits occurring and concentrates the electrolytic action at the end surface (102) of the electrode. Woven or felt fabric made of polyetheretherketone is preferably used as the insulating material of the pad. The lifetime and working capacity of the device are maximized by using a double-layer pad (92, 93), the inner layer being made of woven fabric (92) and the outer layer of felt (93).
Abstract:
A distributor apparatus for paste or gel products (1, 40) comprises: squeezing/expulsion mechanism (3, 43) of the paste or gel product, or in any case fluid-paste products, in a tube (4) or sack, in which the squeezing/expulsion action is controlled by the user; means (6, 16) act as a mechanical multiplier of the squeezing/expulsion action given by the user, also controlling (19, 20, 42) the direction of the squeezing/expulsion action (E, S) of the product from the tube or from the sack or expulsion of the tube or of the sack of said means; squeezing means (16) are embody in a squeezing mechanism (3, 43) of the tube (4) or sack includes a pair of counter-rotating rollers (16) controlled in rotation by the user through an actuator means; and presents the squeezing means (16) are embody in a squeezing mechanism (3, 43) separated from the grip handle (22), in turn in form of a gun (2, 44), for the distribution of the product; furthermore, the product to be distributed is channelled towards the machine's dispensing nozzle (15, 30) by means of a hose (12) that connects the non-squeezing end (13), of the tube or sack, in opposition to the squeezing end (5), and the nozzle itself, joined to said grip handle.
