More particularly the invention relates to a method for automatically communicating digital data among many terminals (10, 18, 19) capable of inter-communicating and with an applications server (20), characterized in that programming agents (36) specific to an application are sent from the applications server to each terminal so that the programming agents (36) interact when they are activated on each terminal, to produce a composed multimedia message with a combination of digital data coming from each terminal. The invention is preferably implemented in networks that require the use of mobile terminals.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method of annotation of images captured by a digital camera equipped with a previewing means, comprising: the supply with the camera of an operating mode enabling a user to select one image (12) to be annotated, and to capture at least one additional previewed image, the automatic extraction (20) of an annotation (A) from the additional image, and the creation (22) of a new image by combining the annotation (A) and the image to be annotated (12), while respecting, in the new image, a location and enlargement ratio of the annotation virtually identical to those of the annotation in the additional image.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A multimedia dat.a organization process, i.e. creation, of aphot album or slideshow, said multimedia data being represented by contingent individuals (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e, 14f) of an instantiated ontology that in addition to generic individuals (EC, C, F, M, T, A) comprises semantic links between individuals, comprising: -the presentation to the user of the choice of at least one individual from the instantiated ontology, and in response to a user-prompted choice, - the selection and organization of a subset of multimedia data corresponding to the contingent individuals of the instantiated ontology according to at least one selection and/or organization rule engaging the user-chosen individual and the related semantic links.
Abstract:
The invention is for application in the field of electronic imaging. The invention relates to a process for using a terminal capable of capturing images to determine a probability of capturing the images according to information taken from contextual data provided by the image capture means. The invention also makes it possible to capture sound data associated with the image capture. The process uses a terminal (1) such as a mobile terminal comprising a first image data sensor (2A) and at least one contextual data sensor (3), (4), (5), (6) to automatically determine at least one probability of capturing an image or a sequence of images taking place within a time interval, the capture probability being calculated based on at least one response provided by one of the activated image data and/or contextual data sensors. The process according to the invention is mainly employed with mobile camera terminals, such as for example digital phonecams, since the capture probability can be used to adjust the quantity of contextual data captured to the severe energy and processing and storage constraints of mobile terminals, while at the same time guaranteeing optimal quality of the data captured.
Abstract:
The invention is in the technological field of imaging. The invention relates more specifically to a colximunication method between at least two terminals (10A, 10B), and based on the sending from a first terminal (10A) to at least one second terminal (l0B) of a multimedia message comprising a programming agent (36), consisting in automatically starting, using the programming agent, the establishment of a phone link between the first terminal (10A) and the at least one second terminal (10B). The programming agent also starts automatically, on the second terminal (10B), the formation of a multimedia message intended to be sent automatically to the first terminal (10A). The invention is preferably implemented in networks that require the use of mobile terminals.
