Abstract:
A burner and a gas oven including the burner are provided. Food placed in an oven chamber is heated and cooked by using a burner disposed at an upper side of the oven chamber and having a fork or grating shape. Therefore, the food can be heated more uniformly.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an oven range. In the present invention, a communication opening which is formed at a front end of a bottom surface of an oven chamber is selectively opened/closed by an opening/closing member linked to the rotation of an oven door for opening/closing the oven chamber. Accordingly, the oven range of the present invention is advantageous as it uniformly cooks foodstuffs and simultaneously prevents a burner from being contaminated.
Abstract:
Exhaust system in a radiation gas range including a housing having exhaust openings (410a) in a rear part for discharge of exhaust gas, a sheet of glass on top of the housing for transmission of radiant heat to a heating object placed thereon, front and rear burner housings (431,432) in contact with a bottom surface of the sheet of glass for forming spaces to burn mixed gas therein, front radiation gas burners (441) in lower parts of the front burner housings (431) respectively each for burning mixed gas at a surface of a radiation body to generate a radiation energy, rear radiation gas burners (442) in lower parts of the front burner housings (431) respectively each for burning mixed gas at a surface of a radiation body to generate a radiation energy, and an exhaust duct (451) in lower parts of, and in communication with the front and/or rear burner housings (431,432) for discharging exhaust gas from the front and rear radiation burners (441,442) toward the exhaust openings (410a).
Abstract:
A combustion fan installation structure of a gas radiation oven range is disclosed in which a combustion fan (200) is coupled at a space outside a space where a radiant burner (40) is positioned. Since the temperature of the sucked air for combustion is constantly maintained, an air with a sufficient air density can be supplied. Thus, it can have a stable combustion performance. In addition, an influence of the temperature change generated when the oven or the grill is operated can be excluded. Accordingly, a reliability of a combustion performance of the gas radiation oven range to be mainly used in kitchens or in hotels can be improved.

Abstract:
A top burner and a cooker having the top burner are provided. A flame transfer slit for guiding the flame formed by the combustion of the mixed gas at an outer burner to an inner burner. A shielding member is provided to shield the flame transfer slit. Therefore, the object to be heated is uniformly heated and the flame transfer from the outer burner to the inner burner can be ef¬ fectively realized.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a top burner and a cooker including the top burner. The present invention includes: an outer burner installed on a top surface of a top plate, and provided with a plurality of flame holes to form flames through combusting gas mixture at a perimeter thereof; an inner burner installed on a top surface of the outer burner, and provided with a plurality of flame holes to form flames through combusting gas mixture at a perimeter thereof disposed inward to the perimeter of the outer burner; a plurality of first mixing tubes supplying gas mixture mixed with air inside the outer burner; a second mixing tube supplying gas mixture mixed with air inside the inner burner; and a passage formed through the outer tube, and in which air supplied to combust gas mixture at the flame holes of the inner burner flows. Thus, according to the present invention, the advantages of heating food more efficiently while reducing incomplete combustion of gas mixture can be realized.
Abstract:
Burner assembly for a gas burner of radiant heating type including a burner chamber (140) for receiving mixed gas, a burner mat (150) on a top of the burner chamber having a combustion area, and at least one non-combusting area, thereby permitting uniform combustion of throughout an entire surface of the burner mat (150) even if the burner assembly is large sized.
Abstract:
The embodiment of the present invention relates to a cooking appliance. The cooking appliance comprises a cavity and a burner. A cooking chamber is formed in the cavity and the burner is positioned inside the cavity. A gaseous mixture of gas and air is supplied to the burner and the burner generates flames by burning the gas mixture. The burner comprises: a supply unit for supplying gas and air; and one or more combustion units which have a plurality of flame holes for generating flames, wherein gas and air are supplied to the combustion units from the supply unit. Gaps are formed between the flame holes of the combustion units and enables flame transfer by being connected to one another.
Abstract:
A heating cooking appliance is provided. The heating cooking appliance includes a case, a plate covering a top of the case, a burner system generating heat by combusting mixture gas in the case, a control unit controlling operation of the burner system, and a temperature increase preventing unit preventing a temperature of the control unit from increasing by the heat generated from the burner system. The temperature increase preventing unit is installed on the case.
