    摘要: The invention relates to a method for detecting electrical inhomogeneities in a conductive layer 10 on a substrate 1 comprising the steps of heating the substrate between at least two connectors 11, 12 by applying a predetermined voltage level between the connectors 11, 12 in a predetermined direction on the substrate 1; and detecting local defects in the conductive layer 10 by determining changes in the coating temperature of the conductive layer 10 on the substrate 1. This way, a possibility for detecting electrical inhomogeneities in a conductive layer on a substrate is provided which is easy, fast and reliable.
