Abstract: An object adapted to have a sensor element (5) mounted thereon, the object comprising a body part (1 ) with a layered structure of alternating coating layers of conducting (6) and insulating or semiconducting (11 ) material. The coating layer(s) of conducting material (6) is/are applied in a pattern establishing conductive path(s) between a first part adapted to carry a sensor element (5) and a second part adapted to establish connection to exterior equipment. The conductive path(s) is/are arranged along an exterior surface of the body (1 ). Thereby a connection may be established between a sensor element (5) arranged inside a closed system and the exterior of the closed system without the need for separate feed through connections.
