    摘要: The present application describes an instruction validation system for kitchen machines. Such system provides a comfortable way of operating a kitchen machine, without implying a direct contact between user and the device to be performed, and at the same time ensuring its safe operation against non-authorized users. For that purpose, the kitchen machine is comprised by an interface unit comprising receiving means arranged to receive an audio input data containing an operative instruction, a validation unit configured to authenticate the audio input data and a converter unit adapted to convert the authenticated audio input data into a machine routine programmed to operate the kitchen machine hardware elements.

    摘要: The present application is enclosed in the area of kitchen machines, and refers to a system for sensing characteristics of a food material being cooking in the kitchen machine. The system allows monitoring in a continuous basis said food material, so its respective taste can be adjusted during the process according to different cooking profiles, which represents users' taste preferences. The system comprises a sensing module which includes a palatability unit and a scanning unit, that are responsible for monitoring sample parameters collected periodically form the food material and from the cooking procedure. These sample parameters are then compared with reference parameters, generated from the preferences of a user, in order to actuate the kitchen machine operation.

    摘要: The present application describes a system for monitoring and management of a consumer products stock list, suitable for kitchen machines. The system is comprised by a consumer product supply platform, at least one kitchen machine, said kitchen machine further comprising a stock list management module comprising a detection unit, a memory unit and a communication unit. A communication link interconnects the communication unit of the kitchen machine's stock list management module to the consumer product marketing platform. With this system architecture, it is possible to automatically update the stock list containing consumer products as they are being used in the kitchen machine and, when needed, request for a replenishment of a specific ingredient or set of ingredients. Therefore, the intelligent management system proposed ensures that all the ingredients to be used in an automatic cooking program executed by a kitchen machine are in stock.

    摘要: The present application describes a nutritional intelligence system for kitchen machines. The system now developed uses the nutritional information panel of food products, stored in a food product data platform (6), provided in a network-based system, to make available for execution a set of automatic cooking programs of a kitchen machine.     摘要: The present application describes a gesture recognition system for kitchen machines. The core of such system is a gesture recognition module, to be coupled to the kitchen machine's body, and preferentially directed towards a user operating said kitchen machine. Said module comprises a sensing unit, operated by a control unit which is connected to a communication interface unit. The module is designed to generate a constant electrical field, propagating three-dimensionally around its surface, forming an actuation zone, and to detect distortions in the electric field caused by a user's hand or finger motion within said actuation zone. Said distortions are then interpreted and assignable to a specific kitchen machine's operative instruction.
