    Abstract: The present application describes a portable or stationary light electric vehicle brake inspection device that may be used to check the brake system of a light electric vehicle. The light electric vehicle brake inspection device helps manufacturing staff or technicians take the guesswork out of determining whether the brake system of the light electric vehicle is operating as expected. Additionally, the light electric vehicle brake inspection device can remove or minimize brake check inconsistencies across a manufacturing and maintenance team as the light electric vehicle brake inspection device described herein can consistently produce light electric vehicle brake systems and run the same test on a brake system across an entire fleet of light electric vehicles during their manufacturing or field operation processes.

    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a vehicle apparatus, and related vehicle control method, the vehicle apparatus including a memory to store zone map data representing one or more operation zones, a sensor of the vehicle fetching vehicle location data from one or more location beacons; and a controller, in communication with the sensor, analyzing the vehicle location data and comparing the present location against locations in the stored zone map data stored in the memory, wherein when the controller determines that the vehicle is entering one of the one or more operation zones, the controller adjusts an operating parameter of the vehicle based upon one or more operation rules associated with the operation zone that the vehicle is entering.

    Abstract: The present application describes power tier management for a battery of a light electric vehicle. In examples, a power tier of a battery may have an associated threshold power and time to exert a battery energy over the time of the power tier. Power tiers may be adjusted to lengthen or shorten an overall battery life and remaining battery life of the battery of the light electric vehicle. In an aspect, a processor may control or limit power to specific components and/or functions of the light electric vehicle to stay within or enter a determined power tier. Information may be received and processed by the processor to determine and apply one or more power tiers.

    Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe a flexible connector mechanism that may be used to form an electrical connection and/or a communication link between one or more devices. The flexible connector mechanism may comprise one or more interface components that may each comprise one or more contact portions. The interface components may be configured to be selectively coupled to one or more corresponding components of a coupleable object.     Abstract: Properly parking personal mobility vehicles (PMVs) is an important for safety and public satisfaction. The large number of daily rides of ride-share PMVs makes it impossible to verify manually that each PMV is properly parked. Aspects of this disclosure include systems and methods for verifying that PMVs are properly parked. These systems and methods can include training a machine learning model on a server. The system can request that users submit images to the server, such that the server can verify that the user properly parked the PMV. The server can transmit a finished indication when it determines that the user properly parked the vehicle. The server can transmit instructions to the user to take various actions when it determines that the user improperly parked the vehicle or when the image is insufficient to determine whether the user properly parked the vehicle.
