    Abstract: The present invention relates to a door lock assembly including: a body, comprising a cylinder configured to lock and unlock the lock assembly; a keyhole located at an external side of the body, said keyhole enables insertion of a key into the body; a rotating knob mechanism located at an internal side of the body, said rotating knob mechanism is coupled to the cylinder, wherein rotating the rotating knob mechanism moves the lock assembly from a lock state to an unlock state, wherein the rotating knob mechanism is movable along a longitudinal axis of the door lock assembly, towards the keyhole.

    Abstract: A mortise lock (10) including a mortise lock case (12) which houses a locking mechanism actuable by a key-operated lock cylinder (14), and separately by a handle (16) which engages a bolt follower (19) in operative connection with the locking mechanism, characterized in that the mortise lock (10) comprises a plurality of locking bolts (20, 22, 24, 26, 30, 32, 34) which are arranged to protrude outwards from the case (12), and wherein the handle (16) is operatively linked to the plurality of locking bolts (20, 22, 24, 26, 30, 32, 34) by a linkage wherein the plurality of locking bolts (20, 22, 24, 26, 30, 32, 34) are actuable into an unlocked position by suitable rotation of the handle (16) independently of whether or not the mortise lock (10) is locked by the key-operated cylinder.

    Abstract: An improved mechanical lock for doors with flexibility for modification for integration with electronic devices of a user is disclosed. The mechanical lock is configured for retro-fitment of one or both of an electric powertrain and clutch assembly 1000. The mechanical lock includes a pinion in engagement with a main gear of the mechanical lock, which when rotated unlocks the mechanical lock, a recess and a set of mounting holes are provided where the one electric powertrain or clutch assembly 1000 can be fitted. The lock assembly may have multiple firing pins for a single combination pin. The firing pins may be in the barrel section or in the column section.
