    Abstract: A mechanism for mounting a wheel or rim (9) or like onto an axle (2) of a car or other vehicle. A cylindrical and/or cone or truncated cone shaped pivot (3) is mounted onto the axle (2) end. The pivot (3) is equipped with a void (26) and a locking device (18). A cone or truncated cone shaped hub (4) sits in the middle of the wheel or rim (9). The hub (4) has a piston (19) which is mounted onto it with a rod (7) extendable through an opening (37) equipped with seals (8) in a cover (20) tightly mounted onto a cylinder (21 ). The cylinder is equipped with a groove (17) and one or several seal/s (16). The piston (19) and the rod (7) and/or the hub (4) include channels (23, 24) equipped with a valve/s for pumping the liquid, preferably oil, into the cylinder (21 ) and out of there.

    Abstract: System for controlling oil well fires by blocking the production or drilling pipes. A box incorporating a movable piston is fitted around the pipe. The piston carries, on its forward end, a drilling cylinder (3), which can be brought to the pipe by a hydraulic piston-cylinder arrangement. Subsequently, the drilling cylinder drills through the pipe wall and after that the drilling cylinder or a separate plugging cylinder (4) is left in the drilled hole and blocks the fluid flow through the pipe. The process is remote controlled.
