Abstract:
A flexible divider for separating a lower compartment of a container from an upper compartment of the container includes a transverse member and a rim defining an outer perimeter of the divider. The flexible divider also includes a flexible wall connecting the transverse member to the rim. The flexible wall is configured to facilitate movement of the transverse member from an upper stable position to a lower stable position.
Abstract:
A mobile computing device includes a first housing segment and a second housing segment. The first housing segment includes a display surface on a front exterior face. The second housing segment that is slideably coupled to the first housing segment to move between an extended position and a contracted position. The second housing segment includes a keypad provided on a surface that is exposed for use when the device is in the extended position. The first housing segment and the second housing segment are coupled so that a path of motion followed by one of the first housing segment or second housing segment when moving between the extended position and the contracted position is continuously arced.
Abstract:
A sandwich container includes an outer housing. The outer housing includes a tray compartment body and a lid compartment body. The tray compartment body is hingedly connected to the lid compartment body. The tray compartment body defines a tray compartment and the lid compartment body defines a lid compartment. The sandwich container also includes a divider hingedly connected to the outer housing. The divider is rotatable from an unseated position to a seated position. The divider is configured to separate the tray compartment from the lid compartment when the divider is in the seated position.

Abstract:
An apparatus for use in a data processing device (100 in Fig.1) is described in which an audio system and a light system is embedded within a cursor control device such as a directional pad (145 in Fig.1). In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a cursor control device for performing one or more defined cursor control functions; an audio system (146 in Fig.1) embedded within the cursor control device, the audio system configured to generate audio signals responsive to audio signals received and/or generated by the data processing device; and a light source embedded within the cursor control device, the light sources configured to generate light from the cursor control device responsive to control signals generated by the data processing device.
