Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a method for wireless communications by a UE that generally includes transmitting a first sounding reference signal (SRS), from a first antenna port in a first symbol, on one or more tones determined by a first comb size and a first tone offset, transmitting a second SRS, from a second antenna port in the first symbol, on one or more tones determined by the first comb size and a second tone offset different than the first tone offset, transmitting a third SRS, from the first antenna port in a second symbol, on one or more tones determined by the first comb size and the second tone offset, and transmitting a fourth SRS, from the second antenna port in the second symbol, on one or more tones determined by the first comb size and the first tone offset.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for bandwidth part (BWP) switching by frequency shifting and/or by transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state configuration. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a BWP configuration indicating a frequency location and bandwidth of at least a first BWP; receiving signaling indicating at least one frequency shift to determine a second BWP from a frequency location of the first BWP; and communicating on the second BWP after performing a BWP switch from the first BWP to the second BWP based on the at least one frequency shift.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a computing device may receive a plurality of radiated power measurements of a wireless device taken, at a same time, by a plurality of probes that surrounded the wireless device in a spherical formation when the plurality of radiated power measurements were taken. The computing device may determine a total radiated power of the wireless device based at least in part on combining the plurality of radiated power measurements with respect to a spherical boundary that corresponds to the spherical formation. Abstract: A user equipment (UE) receives one or more timing advance commands from a non-terrestrial network (NTN). The UE resets, after a GNSS fix, a cumulative timing advance value based on the one or more timing advance commands from the NTN and transmits an uplink transmission with a timing advance based on a self-estimated delay and the cumulative timing advance value. The UE may adjust a self-estimated delay based on at least one GNSS fix. The UE may transmit an uplink transmission with a timing advance based on the adjusted self-estimated delay and a cumulative timing advance value based on the one or more timing advance commands from the NTN.

In some aspects, a network node may transmit, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, signaling that indicates at least a first random access channel (RACH) occasion (RO) partition and a second RO partition. The first RO partition may be associated with different uplink transmission capabilities than the second RO partition. The UE may select an RO in the first RO partition or the second RO partition based at least in part on a metric that relates to an uplink transmission capability of the UE. The UE may transmit, and the network node may receive, a preamble in the selected RO to initiate a RACH procedure. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a cell measurement supported by the UE, the cell measurement associated with the UE supporting channel state information measurements of a dormant secondary cell in a cell group. The UE may receive a downlink control information triggering channel state information reference signal measurements for a set of cells in the cell group, the set of cells comprising the dormant secondary cell. The UE may perform, based at least in part on the downlink control information, the channel state information reference signal measurements on one or more cells in the set of cells according to the cell measurement supported by the UE to identify channel state information for each of the one or more cells.

Abstract: Embodiments include methods of testing wireless devices for beam forming performance. Various aspects may include determining measurements of communication performance of the wireless device at each of a number of different angular orientations of the wireless device with respect to an antenna within a test chamber, and determining whether the wireless device satisfies beam forming performance requirements by comparing the measurements of communication performance to pass/fail criteria. Further embodiments may include a wireless device testing apparatus configured to perform testing wireless devices for beam forming performance. In some embodiments, a wireless device testing apparatus may include a test chamber, an antenna within the test chamber, a rotatable positioning system within the test chamber configured to hold a wireless device and rotate the wireless device within a range of orientations with respect to the antenna, and a computing device coupled to the antenna and the rotatable positioning system.
