    Abstract: The racket is intended for playing badminton and comprises a rod (2) with a handle (3) and a rim (1) secured on the rod (2) by means of a securing unit (4). The securing unit (4) comprises two parts (8 and 9) rotatably interconnected and mutually pressed by an elastic tension element (5) located in a hollow of the rod and secured by one of its ends to the rim and by the other end to a threaded element of the handle. The part (8) is rigidly secured to the rod (2) and is shaped as a spherical support (11), and part (9) is rigidly secured to the rim (1) and consists of a cap (12). As a result, the rim is capable of turning before striking the shuttlecock under the influence of acceleration forces in the direction towards the latter, and then returning to the initial position under the influence of the elastic tension element (5).

    Abstract: A device for shock-absorbing when making movements comprises an envelope (1) and an elastic base (2) contained in the envelope and consisting of two superposed layers (3 and 4) provided on their contacting surfaces with protrusions (5).
