    Abstract: An electronic torque wrench (10) comprises a body with an axial extension along a longitudinal axis; a front end provided with a coupling (14) intended to engage the wrench on a joint to be tightened by manual rotation around a rotation axis (15) which is transverse to the longitudinal axis (11); a handle (13) along the body for operating the wrench; and a sensor (16) for detecting a torque applied with the wrench to the coupling (14) and comprising two flex sensor elements (16a and 16b) which are arranged spaced apart along the longitudinal axis (11). An electronic control circuit (17) is connected to the sensor (16) for receiving signals from it and applying a method which comprises the steps of calculating, depending on the flexing values detected by the two sensor elements (16a and 16b), whether the flexing value detected by the sensor element closest to the front end is less than the flexing value detected by the sensor element farthest from the end front; and, if so, emitting an error signal.

    Abstract: A test device (10) for testing screwing devices, comprising a shaft (14) with an end (15) for connection to a screwing device and an opposite end (16) for connection to a joint to be screwed. The device (10) further comprises a first transducer (18) for detecting the rotation angle of the shaft (14) and a second transducer (19) for detecting the torque transmitted by the shaft (14) between the two ends (15, 16). The device (10) further comprises a control unit (20), an NFC communication module (31), a memory (30), and means (24, 31) for communication with the outside. The control unit stores in the memory (30) an identification code received from the NFC communication module (31) and associates it in the memory (30) with test data obtained from the first and second transducers (18, 19). Then the communication means (24, 31) send to the outside data obtained from the contents of the memory (30). A method for testing and managing the tests and a system which comprises in addition to the test device (10) also at least one NFC tag (33) are also described.

    Abstract: An electronic torque wrench (10) comprises a body with an axial extension along a longitudinal axis (11), a front end provided with a coupling (14) intended to engage the wrench on a joint to be tightened by manual rotation around a rotation axis (15) which is transverse to the longitudinal axis (11), and a handle (13) along the body for operating the wrench. A sensor (16) is intended to detect a torque applied with the wrench to the coupling (14) and comprises two flex sensor elements (16a and 16b) which are arranged spaced apart along the longitudinal axis (11). An electronic control circuit (17) is connected to the sensor (16) for receiving signals from it and is intended to implement a method which comprises the steps: calculating, depending on flexing values detected by the two sensor elements (16a and 16b), the point P along the longitudinal axis (11) which is used for applying the manual force of rotation of the wrench about the rotation axis (15); comparing the position of the point P with admissible predefined positions along the longitudinal axis (11); and emitting an error signal if the position of the point P does not correspond to these admissible positions.

    Abstract: An automatic test device (10) for testing automatic screwdrivers (12) in a robotic station (10) for tightening elements (18) of an object (17) handled in the station comprises a frame (20) suitable for being inserted in a station in place of an object handled in the station; a plurality of screwdriver test heads (21) arranged on the frame (20); a control unit (24) connected to the test head (21) in order to control operation of the test heads (21) and detect tightening parameters of screwdrivers applied to the test heads (21) by the robotic station. A plant with at least one robotic station (10), a transport line (15) and an automatic test device (10) is also described. Finally, a method for testing automatic screwdrivers in robotic stations is described.
