Abstract:
The ends (4) of a lead frame (1) which are situated on the side of the sensor element circumscribe a contact region (5) in which the planar sensor element (3) is arranged in the lead frame plane. The lead frame (1) is extrusion coated with a flat plastic housing (6) out of which the outer terminals (2) lead. A recess (7) provided in the housing (6) is perpendicular to the lead frame plane and encloses at least the contact region (5). This facilitates the assembly, in particular, of sensor elements (3) which are connected on two sides.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electromagnetic relay comprising a magnetic system consisting of an exciter coil (1), a core (2) and an armature (3) in addition to a socket formed by a through hole plated printed board (4). The side facing the magnetic system of the printed board (4) has strip conductors while the side of the printed board (4) facing the magnetic system forms a basic side of the relay. The printed board (4) also has fixed contact elements (12) which are connected to connecting elements (10, 22).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device for the electrodeposition of metal on plating material to be electroplated and/or for removing metal from plating material which is comprised thereof or which is electroplated therewith. The inventive device comprises a conveying device with which the plating material can be continuously drawn through an electrolyte. The inventive device is characterized in that the part of the conveying device which conveys the plating material through the electrolyte encases the plating material in an essentially complete manner, and leaves only the parts to be electroplated uncovered. As a result, an exceptionally quick and extremely selective electroplating can be carried out.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electromagnetic relay, comprising a coil (1), a core (2), an armature (4), mobile and fixed contacts (5, 9), a contact spring (6) and a support (8). The contact spring consists of a flexible printed board.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an electromagnetic relay, comprising a coil (1), a core (2), an armature (4), mobile contacts (5) which are located on the armature, a frame element (10) and fixed contacts (12) which are located on the frame element (10). The fixed contacts (12) are arranged on contact springs (9) which are fixed on the frame element (10) at their fixed ends and each have a free end. The invention also relates to a method for producing the inventive relay.
Abstract:
An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a bobbin with a core and at least one winding about the core, a pair of pole pieces extending perpendicularly from the ends of the core, an elongate armature movable with respect to a movable contact, a permanent magnet coupled magnetically between the core and armature and at least one stationary contact. The bobbin further comprises a set of end flanges adjacent the pole pieces, with a means for engaging the end flanges with the pole pieces. The base is provided with a hole therein for inserting an epoxy to bond the bobbin to the base. The cross-sectional area of the core is non-uniform to engage a pair of pole pieces. A bore within the bobbin has a non-uniform cross-sectional area. A bobbin is also provided with depressions at various locations of the flanges and with terminal wires molded within the flanges.
