Abstract: The present invention is a method to manufacture a shaped foam laminate article (5) comprising a foam laminate 83) with a first foam layer (15) and a second foam layer (2) and shaped foam laminate articles made therefrom. Specifically, the first foam of the first foam layer (15) having a vertical compressive balance equal to or greater than 0.40 and the second foam of the second foam layer (2) having a vertical compressive strength equal to or greater than the vertical compressive strength of the first foam layerb (15).
