Abstract:
An agricultural implement comprises a distributor unit for distribution of granular material, which distributor unit comprises an inlet, a plurality of outlet channels, which are situated below the inlet and which connect to transport channels (13a, 13b, 14a, 14b) for pneumatic onward transport of the granular material, and a distributor region (1226), which is situated between the inlet and the outlets and which, viewed in a plane transversely to a direction of flow in the distributor region, forms distributor openings (1226a, 1226b, 1226c, 1226d, 1226e, 1226f) leading to respective outlets. The distributor region, viewed in said plane, has a length (L) and a width (B), in which the length is greater than the width. The distributor openings are arranged in a row along one of said length and width. Viewed along said row of distributor openings, at least two, preferably all, pairs of adjacent distributor openings connect to outlet channels which lead to different transport channels.

The device comprises at least two metering devices (109), a first drive device (101) for generating a pressurizing airflow (FT) for pressurization of the metering devices (109), and a central container (102), which is arranged to, via respective feed ducts (103), with the aid of a respective feed airflow (Fl), feed the material to the respective metering device (109). The device also comprises a second drive device (201,201 a, 201 b) for generating the said feed airflow (Fl) and a merging connection (118,118') for merging at least a part (FL) of the said feed airflow (Fl) with the pressurizing airflow (FT). The invention also concerns a method for dispensing granular material.
Abstract:
A precision seeder for sowing seeds to obtain a predetermined number of plants per unit of length comprises a seed discharging tube (13) adapted to feed said seed by means of an excess air pressure from a seed distributing device (11) to a seed outlet (14), a seed furrow opener (15) comprising two sowing discs (15a, 15b) arranged at an angle relative to each other, and a resilient press surface (16) for pressing the seed into the soil. The press surface (16) is designed such that a direction of flow (F) of the seeds at the seed outlet (14) intersects or is substantially tangent to at least a portion of the press surface (16). The seed outlet (14) is located between the sowing discs (15a, 15b) and, as seen in the transverse direction, inside or immediately adjacent to the periphery of at least one of the sowing discs (15).
Abstract:
Distribution device for granulate-formed materials, comprising a distributor casing (10) formed as a closed container provided with one inlet opening (14) in an inlet side (13) of the distributor casing (10) and two or more outlet openings (16) in an outlet side (15), preferably opposite the inlet side (13), of the distributor casing (10), the inlet opening (14) being connected to a feed line (31) and each one of which outlet openings (16) being connected to a distribution line that in turn being arranged to be connected either to an additional distribution device or to a soil delivery device, such as, for instance, a furrow opener, individual granules (19), by pneumatic action, being arranged to be transported from the inlet opening (14) to one of the outlet openings (16), the distributor casing (10) having reflection means (17) comprising at least one inner reflection surface (18) inclined in relation to the main flow direction (Hi) of the granules (19) through the distributor casing (10), which reflection means (17) is arranged to obstruct reflection-free passage of at least a part of the granules (19) through the distributor casing (10).
