Abstract: The invention is a new concrete element (Z) for road marking and outdoor paving having a solid three-dimensional form, with bottom surface (F) resting on the ground and upper surface (S) exposed, wherein on said upper surface (S) at least one housing or basin (V) is obtained for containing a layer of refracting mixture (M) comprising in turn a plurality of spheres or microspheres (R) mixed with a hardening support resin or glue (C).
