Abstract:
The invention relates to the field of ceramics and concerns a process for producing sinterable green bodies which are used, for example, as ceramic components after sintering. It is the aim of the invention to produce sinterable green bodies in which the surfaces of the powder particles are protected against gases and liquids. The aim is attained in the invention by a process for producing sinterable green bodies using nanoscalar non-oxidic powders in which nanoscalar non-oxidic powders with an upper grain size of up to 500 nm or nanoscalar non-oxidic powders with an upper grain size of up to 500 nm and non-oxidic powders with an average grain size of over 500 nm are dispersed in an organic solvent with at least one higher-molecular dispersing auxiliary, consisting of one or more polar groups and one or more long-chain aliphatic radicals and said dispersion is then processed into a sinterable green body.
