Abstract: A method for releasing speaking right includes that: after the user holding the speaking right releases forwardly the speaking right and when the speaking right turns into the released waiting state, monitoring the time length of the speaking right being in the released waiting state; when the time length of the speaking right being in the released waiting state exceeds the predetermined time length, releasing the speaking right of the user holding the speaking right.
