Abstract: A magnetic drive actuator enhances damping effect upon occurrence of external turbulence as follows. An electric resonance circuit is formed by connecting a supplemental coil (26) in parallel to a driving coil (11) attached to a movable portion (coil support, lens holder) supported by a plate spring so that when the movable portion is displayed by an external turbulence, damping effect is exhibited by an induction electromotive force. The electric resonance circuit has a resonance frequency substantially equal to a resonance frequency of a spring-mass system. Since the driving frequency exists in a low frequency band apart from the resonance frequency, a strong damping force can be obtained for the resonance caused by incoming external turbulence without affecting the driving characteristic. Moreover, it is possible to reduce the affect of the external turbulence on light projection/reception control in a laser radar device, thereby obtaining a preferable scanning characteristic.

Abstract: An ultrasonic welding structure, wherein a heated body is heated and welded to a specified joined body by pressing a horn (3) against the columnar heated body formed of a resin (10) and providing high-frequency vibration from the horn (3) to the heated body. The joined body comprises a through hole (23) for inserting the heated body therein, and the through hole (23) in the joined body comprises a cutout part at the inner edge thereof on the opposite side of a resonance body. Also, the cutout part of the through hole (23) may be used as an accepting part (24) accepting the heated body in a molten state, or the cutout part of the through hole (23) may be used as a stress relieving part (25) for relieving stress produced in the joined body by the contact of the joined body with the inner edge of the through hole (23).
