Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteilverbundes (70, 140) umfassend eine Befestigungsstruktur (60, 160) umfassend wenigstens eine Bauteillage (60A, 60a;160a, 160b) und ein thermoplastisches Verbindungselement (10, 110) aufweisend einen Kopf (12, 112) und einen Schaft (14, 114), wobei das Verbindungselement (10, 110) unter Rotation und Druck in die Befestigungsstruktur (60, 160) eingetrieben wird, so dass der Schaft (14, 114) die Befestigungsstruktur (60, 160) durchdringt, wobei das Verbindungselement (10, 110) nach Durchdringen der Befestigungsstruktur (60, 160) an einer Matrize (44, 144) unter Reibung in einen erweichten, fließfähigen Zustand gebrachtwird, die entgegen der Eintreibrichtung an der Befestigungsstruktur (60, 160) angelegt wird, so dass sich eine über die bereichsweise radiale Ausdehnung des Schafts (14, 114) hinaus erstreckende Verdickung (22, 22) ergibt, wobei die Befestigungsstruktur (60, 160) zwischen Kopf (12, 112) und Verdickung (22, 122) formschlüssig gehalten wird.

본 발명은 신속하게 서브 트림을 접합할 수 있는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 상기의 목적 달성을 위하여 본 발명은 돌기가 형성된 열가소성 수지 재질의 제1서브 트림과 상기 제1서브 트림의 돌기를 수용하는 수용홀이 형성된 열가소성 수지 재질의 제2서브 트림을 결합하기 위한 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치에 있어서, 상기 돌기의 일부를 복사열에 의하여 용융하는 열공급부 및 용융된 돌기를 가압 성형하는 성형부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von gaspermeable und/oder transparente Segmente aufweisenden Gefäßen für Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen, gekennzeichnet durch: verbindendes Fixieren mindestens einer aus mindestens einem gaspermeablen und/oder tranpsarenten Material bestehenden Folie an einem Formkörper bei einer über der Einsatztemperatur des Gefäßes liegenden Temperatur, Temperieren des mit der Folie Verbundenen Fromkörpers, wobei der Längenausdehnungskoeffizient des Folienmaterials größer als der Längenausdehnungskoeffizient des Formkörpermaterials ist oder verbindendes Fixieren mindestens einer aus mindestens einem gaspermeablen und/oder transparenten Material bestehenden Folie an einem Formkörper bei einer unter der Einsatztemperatur des Gefäßes liegenden Temperatur, Temperieren des mit der Folie verbundenen Formkörpers, wobei des Längenausdehnungskoeffizient des Folienmaterials kleiner als der Längenausdehnungskoeffizient des Formkörpermaterials ist.

The proposed web-shaped material made of a thermoplastic synthetic substance has projections (4) formed on at least one side of the web from the flat base region (3). These projections (4) along one web edge region (1', 2') can fit into those along an edge region (2') of another web. The projections (4) have convex upper surfaces and approximately hyperbolic lateral profiles. To connect two webs (1, 2), the projections (4) along an edge region (1') of one web are inserted into the projections along an edge region (2') of the other web and an external force such as a blow is applied to at least some of the engaging projections to create a plastic locking deformation of the engaging projections. The connection can be undone like a zip-fastener.
Abstract:
A method for forming a joint between a fibre reinforced composite component and a metallic component and a joint are provided. The metallic component and the composite component each define a joint surface for mating with the joint surface of the other to join the two components together and the composite component defines a free surface opposed to the joint surface thereof. The joint surface of the metallic component defines an array of pins extending therefrom with each pin defining a pin head at an end distal from the joint surface. The method includes the steps of pressing together the joint surfaces of the two components whereby to cause the array of pins to penetrate through the fibre reinforcing material, and modifying the effective cross sectional shape of the pin heads whereby to increase the constraint applied to the composite component against peeling of the composite component from the joint surface of the metallic component.

A system for performing an ultrasonic staking operation in order to join a first part having a post protruding therefrom and a second part having a hole through which the post is passed includes a horn having an end vibrating at a frequency in the ultrasonic range and a motion system operatively connected to the horn, the motion system being capable of selectively moving the horn toward and away from the parts. The motion system moves the horn, with the end of the horn in contact with the post, toward the parts at a first speed such that the ultrasonic vibrations of horn cause melting of the post, and once a determination is made that the end of the horn has contacted a surface of the second part, the motion system moves the horn toward the parts at a second speed, the second speed being slower than the first speed.

The aim of the invention is to fasten, in the most inexpensive manner, plastic drivers (3) in a washing drum (1) of a washing machine, these drivers having at least two domes (8) on the inside, which comprise a cavity (10) extending along its center line, are oriented perpendicular to the sheet casing (2) of the washing drum (1) and which serve to fasten the driver (3). To this end: for each driver (3), a hole pattern corresponding to the arrangement of the domes (8) of a driver (3) is punched into the sheet casing (2) of the washing drum (1); the driver (3) is placed with its dome ends (13), which project beyond the contact surface of the driver (3) with the sheet casing (2), onto the sheet casing (2) so that the dome ends (13) pass through the holes (7) of the hole pattern; counter holders (11) are inserted from the opposite side into the cavities (10) of the domes (8); from the fastening side, hold-down elements (12) are driven against the sheet casing (2); from the fastening side, heated form punches (14) are driven against the dome ends (13) until the dome ends (13) have mushroom-shape ends, which are formed during the hot forming process and which, with their brims (16), externally rest against the areas of the sheet casing (2) that surround the holes (7), and finally; all form punches (14), hold-down elements (12) and counter holders (11) are returned in this order.

El procedimiento comprende inyectar un material plástico fundido al interior de un molde en el que está dispuesta una pieza de chapa (10) con al menos un agujero (13) interpuesto entre unas primera y segunda cavidades (21, 22). Luego retirar la pieza de chapa (10) del molde con al menos un nervio de refuerzo (30) de material plástico adyacente a una cara (11) y al menos una protuberancia integral del nervio (30) sobresaliendo por la otra cara (12) a través del agujero (13). Finalmente deformar dicha protuberancia aplicando calor y presión para formar una cabeza de fijación (32) con una configuración de agarre (33). La pieza estructural compuesta está integrada por la pieza de chapa (10) y el nervio de refuerzo (30) firmemente unido a la misma mediante dicha cabeza de fijación (32).
