    Abstract: 本发明公开了一种无线通信系统中的通信质量确定/获取装置和方法,其中,该确定装置包括:测量模块,用于根据目标小区的静态下行子帧和动态下行子帧分布情况,进行下行信道质量测量,其中,静态下行子帧是对于目标小区和邻小区均为下行方向的子帧,动态下行子帧是对于目标小区为下行方向的子帧,而对于至少一个邻小区为上行方向的子帧;通信模块,用于上报下行信道质量测量结果。本发明通过根据目标小区的静态下行子帧和动态下行子帧分布情况,针对下行子帧的实际配置情况进行测量和上报,能够在动态TDD UL/DL配置的情况下准确测量信道质量并上报至网络侧。

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an air conditioner and a control method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to an intellective blowing air conditioner and its intellective blowing method. The intellective blowing air conditioner includes a central controller, a blowing unit, a CCD camera and an image identifying and processing unit. The digital CCD camera connects to the central controller, and the central controller connects the blowing unit and controls the operation of the blowing unit.     Abstract: An air conditioner using infrared temperature measurement technique and its control method are disclosed. The air conditioner comprises an indoor unit.
