Abstract: A controlling method of role animation is disclosed. The role animation includes at least two skeletons and skin corresponding to the skeletons. The method includes the following steps: (a) dividing the role animation into at least two parts, and setting ID for each part; (b) establishing the mapping table including a coincidence relationship between the ID and the skin data of each part; (c) picking up the skin data of role animation of operating focal position; (d) querying the mapping table according to the skin data, obtaining the corresponding ID, and controlling the part corresponding to the ID. A controlling system of role animation is also disclosed. The solution can pick up the role animation in different parts by dividing the role animation into many parts, therefore it can accurately control the animation and has enriched the actions of role animation.
