摘要: The present invention relates to an iron-based alloy powder containing non-spherical particles wherein the alloy comprises the elements Fe (iron), Cr (chrome) and Mo (molybdenum), and at least 40% of the total amount of particles have a non-spherical shape. In said iron-based alloy powder, Cr is present at 10.0 wt. % to 18.3 wt. %, Mo is present at 0.5 wt. % to 2.5 wt. %, C is present at 0 to 0.30 wt. %, Ni is present at 0 to 4.0 wt. %, Cu is present at 0 to 4.0 wt. %, Nb is present at 0 to 0.7 wt. %, Si is present at 0 to 0.7 wt. % and N is present at 0 to 0.20 wt. %, the balance up to 100 wt. % is Fe.

The computer-implemented method (124) for designing at least one shaped body (112) comprises: i) retrieving, by using at least one interface (172), at least one set of shaping target criteria for the shaping tool (126); ii) defining, by using at least one geometry defining unit (174), at least one starting geometry for the shaping tool (126); ill) generating, by using at least one shaping parameter generating unit (176), a set of shaping parameters comprising at least one shape geometry parameter of the starting geometry; iv) simulating, by using at least one simulation unit (178), a shaping process using the shaping tool (126) by varying values of the set of shaping parameters and by comparing simu- lated shaping properties for these values with the set of shaping target criteria, thereby generating at least one shaping geometry with an adapted set of shaping parameters for which the shaping target criteria are fulfilled at least within predetermined tolerances; and v) determining, by using at least one shaping tool geometry defining unit (180), at least one geometry of the at least one shaping tool (126) from the adapted set of shaping parameters.

摘要: The present invention relates in a first aspect to an iron-based alloy powder containing non-spherical particles and at least 40% of the total amount of particles have a non-spherical shape. The alloy mandatorily comprises the elements Fe (iron), Cr (chrome) and Mo (molybdenum). Furthermore, the alloy may comprise further elements such as C (carbon), Ni (nickel), Nb (niobium) or Si (silicon). The present invention relates, according to a second aspect, to an iron-based alloy powder wherein the alloy comprises the elements Fe, Cr and Mo and the iron-based alloy powder is produced by an ultra-high liquid atomization process comprising at least two stages as defined below.

摘要: Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Matrize (10) zur Extrusion von Katalysator-, Katalysatorträger-oder Adsorbensformkörper (60) in Fließrichtung (32) einer extrudierbaren Masse von einer Eintrittsseite (12) zu einer Austrittsseite (14) der Matrize umfassend eine Schale (56) und einen oder mehrere, Verdränger der extrudierbaren Masse darstellende Kanalbildner (18), die sich in Fließrichtung der extrudierbaren Masse erstrecken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanalbildner (18) metallgedruckt sind. Vorzugsweise ist diese frei von Hohlräumen zur Aufnahme von extrudierbarer Masse ist, die sich rechtwinklig zur Fließrichtung (32) der extrudierbaren Masse erstrecken, und ist diese frei von rechtwinklig verlaufenden Verbindungen von Kanalbildnern (18) zu der inneren Seitenwand (22) der Matrize (10). Des Weiteren bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung mittels 3D-Metalldruck einer metallgedruckten Matrize (10) zur Extrusion von Katalysator-/Trägerformkörpern (60).
