摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing a three-dimensional (3D) object by employing a three-dimensional (3D) printing process wherein a granulate having an particle size in the range of 0.2 to 1 mm is used as a starting material to be printed within said 3D printing process, employing a 3D extrusion printer. In one preferred embodiment, the process according to the present invention is employed for producing a 3D green body. The invention further relates to 3D objects as such and the corresponding processes for obtaining such 3D objects, in particular a 3D green body, a 3D brown body and a 3D sintered body.

In said iron-based alloy powder, Cr is present at 10.0 wt. % to 18.3 wt. %, Mo is present at 0.5 wt. % to 2.5 wt. %, C is present at 0 to 0.30 wt. %, Ni is present at 0 to 4.0 wt. %, Cu is present at 0 to 4.0 wt. %, Nb is present at 0 to 0.7 wt. %, Si is present at 0 to 0.7 wt. % and N is present at 0 to 0.20 wt. %, the balance up to 100 wt. % is Fe.

摘要: The invention relates to a ceramic feedstock comprising the components a), b) and optionally c), wherein component a) is at least one ceramic material, component b) is at least one binder (B) and optional component c) is at least one additive (A). The ceramic feedstock is preferably provided in form of a filament to be employed in three- dimensional (3D) printing techniques, particularly in a FFF printing process. The inventive ceramic feedstock can, therefore, be successfully employed for the 3D printing of support structures and/or separation layers. Further, the invention also relates to three-dimensional objects as such, in particular three-dimensional green bodies, three-dimensional brown bodies or three-dimensional sintered bodies as well as to a process for the preparation thereof.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of a three-dimensional green body (GB) by a three-dimensional (3D) printing process, in which at least one feedstock, a built chamber and a three-dimensional extrusion printer (3D printer) containing at least one nozzle are employed. In this process, the at least one feedstock is fed into the 3D printer containing the at least one nozzle, wherein the at least one feedstock comprises at least one binder (B) and at least one inorganic powder (IP), and wherein the at least one binder (B) comprises at least one polyoxymethylene (POM). The at least one feedstock is then heated inside the 3D printer and extruded through the at least one nozzle in order to obtain at least one extruded strand. From the at least one extruded strand, the three-dimensional green body (GB) is formed layer by layer on a base plate (BP) located in the build chamber, wherein the base plate (BP) comprises the at least one binder (B) and optionally the at least one inorganic powder (IP). The three-dimensional green body (GB) and the base plate (BP) are removed from the build chamber, wherein the three-dimensional green body (GB) is attached to the base plate (BP). The present invention further relates to a three-dimensional green body (GB) prepared by this process and to a three-dimensional sintered body prepared from the three-dimensional green body (GB).

The alloy mandatorily comprises the elements Fe (iron), Cr (chrome) and Mo (molybdenum). Furthermore, the alloy may comprise further elements such as C (carbon), Ni (nickel), Nb (niobium) or Si (silicon). The present invention relates, according to a second aspect, to an iron-based alloy powder wherein the alloy comprises the elements Fe, Cr and Mo and the iron-based alloy powder is produced by an ultra-high liquid atomization process comprising at least two stages as defined below.

摘要: A process for producing a three-dimensional (3D) object by a fused filament fabrication process employing at least one filament and a three-dimensional (3D) extrusion printer. Within said process, the filament is first fed to a cooling device, where the filament is cooled down to a temperature of 20°C or colder. Afterwards, the cooled-down filament is transported to a heating device located inside the printing head of the 3D extrusion printer, where the cooled-down filament is heated to a temperature, which is high enough to at least partially melt the filament. The heated filament is extruded through the nozzle of the printing head of the 3D extrusion printer in order to obtain an extruded strand, which in turn is used to form the respective 3D object in a layer by layer way. Further an apparatus is disclosed, to be used within such a fused filament fabrication process or 3D printing technology, respectively.
