摘要： The disclosure relates to compositions comprising a non-fluorescent component of a polymer dye such as a monomeric component of a polymer dye, a photo-bleached polymer dye, and/or a polymer dye comprising a quenching moiety, for reducing non-specific interactions of polymer dye conjugates, for example, in Flow Cytometric Analysis of a biological sample. Methods for using such compositions, and kits comprising such compositions are also provided.
