Abstract:
The actuator device (1) comprises: - a stationary support structure (2, 3), - a movable member (5) displaceable relative to said structure (2, 3), and - a wire (SMW) of a shape-memory material, which extends in the structure (2, 3) between two anchoring elements (15, 16) and the movable member (5, 6) such that the wire (SMW) shortens when an electric current flows therethrough, causing a displacement of the movable member (5, 6) against the action of a contrast member (8). In the structure (2, 3) there are provided two deflection members (21, 22; 23, 24) disposed along the path of the shape-memory wire (SMW), each one between the movable member (5, 6) and the corresponding anchoring element (15, 16) of the wire (SMW), such as to cause a deflection of the wire (SMW) between each anchoring element (15, 16) and the movable member (5, 6).
Abstract:
The actuator device (1) comprises a fixed support structure (2; 3, 4), an actuation member (8) movable relative to the structure (2), a contrast member (13) tending to maintain the actuation member (8) in a rest position, a shape-memory wire (10) having a first end connected to the structure (2) and the other end connected to the actuation member (8), and an electric circuit for supplying an electric current to the shape-memory wire (10). The circuit comprises a pair of terminals (6, 7) carried by the structure (2), for connection to external control circuits. One end of the shape-memory wire (10) is connected to a first terminal (6) of said pair (6, 7). The circuit comprises further an electric switch (11, 8d), including a first conducting member (11) electrically connected with the second terminal (7), and a second conducting member (8d) carried by the actuation member (8) and electrically connected with the other end of the shape-memory wire (10). The switch (11, 8d) is closed when the actuation member (8) is in the rest position, and remains closed until when the actuation member (8) reaches a working position, and opens when the actuation member (8) passes beyond the working position.
