摘要： The present disclosure provides a method of treating an autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) with a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I), in particular CLTX-305, wherein the therapeutically effective amount of the compound increases a blood calcium concentration (cCa) to a range of about 7.5 mg/dL to about 10.5 mg/dL, such as about 8.5 mg/dL to about 10.5 mg/dL. Also provided herein is a dosing finding method for treating an autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1 (ADH1) with a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I) or CLTX-305 according to one or more dosing regimens.
