Abstract: This invention is arranged to detect malfunctioned control valve by setting plural test patterns that combines two or more control valves picked up from the control valves disposed in a hydraulic oil circuit as target valves for detection, and by providing a malfunction detection means 44 with which the malfunctioned valve is detected in terms of the test patterns according to the detection value of the discharged pressure of the first and the second hydraulic pump to check the control valves each other included in the test patterns that was diagnosed by the malfunction detection means 44 whether the malfunctioned valve is present.
