摘要： Methods and devices for cleaning heads of tubular instruments, such as endoscopes, are disclosed. A cleaning apparatus can include a receiving block for receiving an instrument head. A clamp can be used to secure the tube of the tubular instrument while also establishing a watertight seal. A nozzle assembly underneath the receiving block can include a nozzle that directs a stream of fluid onto the instrument head. The nozzle assembly can be rotatable about an axis of rotation, and optionally slidable along the axis of rotation. Extent of rotation and sliding movement can be limited (e.g., via one or more stops). Through movement of the nozzle assembly, the stream of fluid can be directed into various openings and crevices of the instrument head, thus permitting a quick and easy way to thoroughly clean such instrument heads.
