Abstract: A rapid bellows compression and/or expansion tool (0) comprises a plurality of adjusting means (28) that allow to adjust an axial distance between a first engaging member (14) adapted to engage a bellows at a first portion thereof, and a second engaging member (16) adapted to engage said bellows at a second opposing portion thereof. Transfer means (34) are provided to mechanically coupling the plurality of adjusting means (28), thereby providing for a uniform and synchronous bellows compression and/or expansion.
