    摘要: The present invention relates generally to a beverage for human consumption that can be a meal replacer, such as for breakfast. It is based on cereal grains, and preferably on a combination of wholegrain cereals. Cereal grains are ground into a flour, digested with enzymes, and cooked and mixed with a milk- like liquid, to provide a drinkable breakfast replacement, or convenience refreshment. The enzymes are selected from any two or more of an: alpha- amylase, fungal alpha-amylase, gluco-amylase, protease, or cellulase. The production process preferably operates with at least one step where the combination of these enzymes together digest the grains at a p H and temperature suitable for each member of the combination.

    摘要: A composition for topical application to human skin having an effective amount of cosmetically suitable components comprising at least one nut oil, at least one thickener and/or emulsifier component and water. The at least one nut oil includes a substantial proportion of macadamia nut oil, and the composition includes only sufficient emulsifier to render the composition suitable for topical application. The composition is especially suitable for the treatment of aged persons, where it can improve their general health, and also assists to reduce undesirable body odour.

    摘要: A nut-based milk analogue composition that has a substantially similar nutritional profile as cow's milk for at least one of the components in the milk selected from : protein, total fat, total carbohydrates, calcium, sodium, riboflavin, and energy, and which includes (i) at least one nut or seed that provides at least a substantial portion of a fat component, (ii) a protein component, and (iii) a carbohydrate component, as an emulsion in water, and the solid components being in finely divided form. Preferably the nut or seed component is macadamia nuts. Ideally, the (i) the nut or seed comprises from 2.0 to 7.0 % by weight, (ii) the protein component comprises from 1% to 5% by weight, and (iii) the carbohydrate component comprises from 2% to 10% by weight of the composition, the remaining components being mostly water.
