    摘要: A connector device (100) for connecting optical fiber endpieces (31) comprising an optoelectronic chip (60), a fiber end piece holder (25) and a reflection surface (5). The chip is oriented for emitting and/or detecting optical signals along a first propagation direction normal to a circuit board (2). The reflection surface (5) changes a propagation direction of optical signals from the first propagation direction to a different, second propagation direction and/or vice versa. The connector device (100) comprises a layered optical stack (10) mounted to the circuit board and designed for propagation of optical signals along the first propagation direction. The connector device (100) further comprises a coupling adapter piece (40) mounted to the layered optical stack (10) that holds and/or secures the fiber end piece holder (25) in an orientation enabling propagation of signals radiation along the second propagation direction. The reflection surface (5) for changing between both propagation directions is comprised in the coupling adapter piece.

    摘要: Disclosed are transceivers using a pluggable optical body. In one embodiment the transceiver comprises a transceiver receptacle body and a substrate assembly. The transceiver receptacle body comprises a front side, a rear side and at least one optical channel at the optical interface with the front side having at least one alignment pin and the rear side having at least one cavity. The substrate assembly comprises a substrate supporting at least one active electronic component and the substrate comprising at least one alignment feature for cooperating with the at least one alignment pin of the transceiver receptacle body. In one variation, one or more alignment pins may extend from the front side into the cavity of the transceiver receptacle body.
