Abstract: A device and method for cleaning and deororizing a unit having an enclosed space not otherwise easily accessible for cleaning and doedorizing. A variety of containers holding compositions for generating an antimicrobially active gas may be employed therein. One such container includes a unitary container housing having a plurality of sealed compartments. Each compartment contains a composition for generating an antimicrobially active gas upon exposure to moist air. The container may be employed in other applications as well.
