Abstract: A scoop (10) is formed in traditional manner with a head (12) having a blade (14) at one end, and a handle (18) having a proximal end extending from the head. A bag dispenser (20) is associated with the distal end of the handle. A plurality of bags, such as a roll of bags (28) detachable connected to one another, are disposed within the bag dispenser for selective and individual removal from a dispensing window thereof. Preferably, the bag dispenser is integrally formed with the handle.
