Abstract:
A method for collecting, from a cut panel for obtaining predetermined articles, the articles and scraps generated by the cutting of the panel comprising following steps: making available a cut panel (P) in which predetermined articles (A) and scraps (S) are defined; having available an electronic processor; having available at least a cutting file in which the dimensions, positioning and orientation of the articles (A) and scraps (S) are defined; memorising the cutting file in the electronic processor; positioning the cut panel (P) on a support of a first station; removing, in accordance with the indications of the cutting file, at least one scrap (S) at a time from the cut panel (P) by separating the adjacent cut articles and/or scraps, without altering the orientation and mutual positioning of both thereof, with a subsequent transfer of the at least a scrap (S) into a scrap collecting station.
Abstract:
A method for stacking flat articles, such as sheets and/or panels, in a receiving station located downstream of the outlet of an operating station of a machine (M), comprising; detecting an inlet of an article (F) into the receiving station coming from said outlet in an advancement direction (W1); measuring the longitudinal advancement of a leading edge of the article (F) involving the receiving station; following measuring of a predetermined first portion (d1) of the advancement of the article (F), activating first means for engaging and supporting the article (F); longitudinally moving the first means for engaging and supporting, in phase relation with activation thereof, in a direction concordant to the direction of the first advancement direction (W1) and a velocity equal to the advancement velocity of the article (F); following measuring of a predetermined second portion (d2) of the advancement of the article that is greater than the first portion, activating at least second means for engaging and supporting the article in cooperation with the first means; longitudinally moving the first means for engaging and supporting, in phase relation with activation thereof, in a direction concordant to the direction of the advancement direction (W1) and a velocity equal to the advancement velocity of the article (F); centring the article with respect to an underlying loading plane (P) or head article of a stack of articles under formation thereon; deactivating the first and second means with a consequent release of the article onto the loading plane, or onto the head article of the stack.
Abstract:
A method for printing generic images on leather articles comprising steps of: having available at least an electronic processor; having available a printing machine (1) activatable by means of the processor; having available at least an optical reader (3) above the work plane of the printing machine and connected to the processor; positioning, on the work plane (10) of the printing machine, a leather article to be printed; having available and memorising, in the processor, a work file (F L ) comprising at least a generic image (I); detecting, by means of the optical reader (3), the border (C), the positioning and the orientation of the leather sheet to be printed positioned, in a random fashion, on the work plane (10); creating an article file (F*) in which the positioning, orientation, format and border (C) of the leather sheet positioned on the work plane (10) are memorised; creating a service file (F s ) comprising a portion (P) of the generic image (I) of an extension such as to contain the border of the leather article; creating an operating file (F o ), obtained by eliminating the fraction of portion of leather sheet of the service file external of the border; creating, from the operating file (F o ) and leather article (F*), a print file (F); memorising the print file (F) legible by the printing machine (1); activating the printing machine (1), piloted by the print file of the preceding step, in order to print the image internally of the border (C) of the leather article (2) positioned on the work plane (10).
Abstract:
A method for printing images on flat articles of various dimensions comprising steps of: having available and memorising, in a processor (E), at least a border file (Fc) comprising the border (C 1 , C 2 , C 3 ,...C n ), corresponding to the at least an article (A 1 ; A 2 , A 3 ,...A n ) to be printed; detecting, by means of the optical reader (L), the border, the positioning and the orientation of at least the article (A 1 ; A 2 , A 3 ,...A n ) to be printed positioned, in a random arrangement, on the work plane (10) of the printing machine (1); virtually display, on the monitor (M) of the processor (E), the position and the orientation of the article detected; virtually associate the article (A 1 ; A 2 , A 3 ,...A n ) to the border (C 1 , C 2 , C 3 ,...C n ); orientate and centre the image (I 1 , l 2 , l 3 ,... l n ) corresponding to the border (C 1 , C 2 , C 3 ,...C n ) associated to the article (A 1 , A 2 , A 3 ,...A n ) detected by the optical reader (L), to define a virtual intermediate file (V*) in which the positioning and the orientation of the article (A 1 , A 2 , A 3 ,...A n ) on and with respect to the work plane (10) is memorised, and the association of the image (l 1 , l 2 , l 3 ,... l n ) to the corresponding border (Ci, C 2 , C 3 ,...C n ) conforming to the article (A 1 , A 2 , A 3 ,...A n ) detected is memorised; memorising the virtual intermediate file (V*) in a print file legible by the printing machine (1); activating the printing machine (1), piloted by the print file of the preceding step, in order to print the image (I 1 , l 2 , l 3 ,... l n ) on the article (A 1 , A 2 , A 3 , A n ) according to the virtual intermediate file (V*) obtained, to print at least the article positioned on the work plane (10).
