Abstract:
The wrapping machine (1) comprises a feed path (P) of products (R) to be wrapped in a wrapping sheet (F). An insertion station (35) of products (R) to be wrapped in a wrapping sheet (F), and folding members (39) of the wrapping sheet (F) are arranged along the feed path. A conveyor device (8) receives the products (R) in the insertion station (35) and causes their feed through the folding members (39). The conveyor device (8) comprises a system of endless flexible members (9, 11) that define a closed trajectory along which carriages (29, 30) move. The machine also comprises a magazine (5) of carriages (29, 30) associated with the system of flexible members (9, 11) and manipulators (61) adapted to pick up carriages (29, 30) from the magazine (5) and attach them to the system of flexible members (9, 11), and to pick up carriages (29, 30) from the system of flexible members (9, 11) and place them in the magazine (5).
Abstract:
An embossing device and a method for embossing, employing an electromagnetic induction device (19, 20) such as to induce an eddy current prevalently on the outer surface of an embossing roller (4, 5). The eddy currents are such as to prevalently heat the outer surface of the embossing roller.

Abstract:
The pack comprises: - a geometrically ordered group (G) of one or more rolls (R); - a wrapping sheet (Fl) that laterally wraps the group of rolls and forms folded flaps on two substantially flat and opposite faces of the pack (C). A respective adhesive sheet (E) is applied to the folded flaps of at least one of the two substantially flat and opposite faces.
Abstract:
The wrapping machine (1) comprises a feed path (P) of products (R) to be wrapped in a wrapping sheet (F) and, along the feed path (P), an insertion station (35) of products to be wrapped in a wrapping sheet and folding members (39) of the wrapping sheet (F). The machine further comprises a conveyor device (8), which receives the products (R) in the insertion station (35) and causes their feed through the folding members (39). The conveyor device comprises a system of endless flexible members (9, 11) formed by toothed belts (9, 11) guided around toothed wheels. Each toothed belt comprises a first series of internal teeth (Tint), cooperating with toothed guide wheels (21, 23, 25, 27), and a second series of external teeth (Text), cooperating with connection elements (68) of carriages (29, 30) that carry prongs for feeding the products to be wrapped. The connection elements (68) comprise toothed profiles (68) complementary to the external teeth (Text) of the toothed belts (9, 11), suitable to provide a shape coupling with the external teeth (Text) of the respective toothed belts (9, 11).
Abstract:
The machine comprises: a feed path (9) of the logs (R) to be sealed; a pressing member (41), configured and arranged to apply a localized and concentrated pressure to a portion of the cylindrical surface of the log, adjacent to the tail end (LF), to fasten the tail end to an underlying turn of web material.
Abstract:
The method provides for detecting a temporary stop request by a machine of the line, for example to replace a member subject to wear or a consumable. In view of this stop, the speed of the line is modulated so as to increase, for example, the level of filling of an accumulator, and makes sure that the subsequent temporary stop has a minimum effect on the overall productivity of the line.
