Abstract:
Two film materials, one of them with the structure of barium eutectic and another one with the structure of lithium solid solution, manufactured by thermal deposition. The mentioned films may give a freedom of choice of the sealing methods starting from the standard bonding processes with heating under vacuum or under inert gas to common gluing at, or around, room temperature in conditions such as: CO2 environment under the pressure of latm.
Abstract:
A sorption pump working according to the principle of mechanical activation of reactive getter materials at ambient temperature is presented. Pumps of the given type allow maintaining vacuum in different devices and apparatuses by sorption of any active gases with a controllable rate.
Abstract:
A new lithium material with high surface area, a method of its production, and a process of using the given material in purification of hydrogen or inert gases stream from active impurities. The material is manufactured in a form of granules of 0.2 - 2.5 mm in diameter with the structure of a dendritic carcass and is characterized with high sorption capacity and resistance to chemical shocks.
