摘要: Procédé de production de biométhane (40) par épuration d'un courant d'alimentation (1) de biogaz comprenant les étapes suivantes : Etape a): introduction du courant gazeux d'alimentation (1) dans une unité de prétraitement (5) dans laquelle ledit courant gazeux est séparé partiellement du CO 2 et de l'oxygène qu'il contient et est comprimé à une pression P1 supérieure à 50 bar abs; Etape b): on introduit le courant gazeux (22) issu de l'étape b) appauvri en CO 2 , à une séparation cryogénique dans une colonne de distillation (26) pour séparer l'azote dudit courant gazeux (22), ladite colonne de distillation (26) comprenant n plateaux, n étant un nombre entier compris entre 8 et 100; Etape c) : on récupère un courant (27) enrichi en CH 4 issu de la séparation cryogénique par pompage du produit de cuve (37) de ladite colonne (26) à une pression P2 supérieure à la pression critique dudit produit, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la concentration molaire en azote dudit courant gazeux (22) issu de l'étape a) appauvri en CO 2 mis en œuvre à l'étape b) est inférieure à un seul prédéterminé, de l'azote est injecté préalablement à l'étape b), afin que le courant introduit dans ladite colonne (26) ait une concentration molaire en azote au moins égale audit seuil prédéterminé.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Reinigung und/oder Zerlegung und Kühlung eines Gasgemischs umfassend ein Hauptgas und Begleitstoffe, wobei zumindest ein erster Begleitstoff und ein zweiter Begleitstoff eine höhere Kondensationstemperatur aufweisen als das Hauptgas. Das Verfahren umfasst ein Kühlen des Gasgemisches mittels einer ersten Kühlstufe (12a) auf eine erste Temperatur unterhalb einer Kondensationstemperatur eines ersten Begleitstoffs der mehreren Begleitstoffe derart, dass der erste Begleitstoff zumindest teilweise kondensiert, sowie ein Abscheiden zumindest eines Teils des kondensierten ersten Begleitstoffs derart, dass der erste Begleitstoff zumindest teilweise dem Gasgemisch entzogen wird. Ferner umfasst das Verfahren ein Kühlen des Gasgemisches mittels einer zweiten Kühlstufe (12b) auf eine zweite Temperatur unterhalb einer Kondensationstemperatur eines zweiten Begleitstoffs der mehreren Begleitstoffe derart, dass der zweite Begleitstoff zumindest teilweise kondensiert, sowie Abscheiden zumindest eines Teils des kondensierten zweiten Begleitstoffs derart, dass der zweite Begleitstoff zumindest teilweise dem Gasgemisch entzogen wird. Dabei ist die erste Temperatur höher als die zweite Temperatur und die zweite Temperatur ist höher als die Kondensationstemperatur des Hauptgases.

A method includes providing a first stream containing carbon dioxide; adsorbing at least a portion of the carbon dioxide in the first stream in an adsorbing means; desorbing at least a portion of the carbon dioxide in the adsorbing means to obtain a desorbed carbon dioxide stream; and compressing the desorbed carbon dioxide stream immediately following said step of desorbing.

摘要: The present relates to a nanoporous carbon membrane manufacturing method comprising coating a block copolymer film with hydrophilic and hydrophobic blocks, on a sacrificial non-porous substrate so as to prepare an block copolymer film coated foil, transferring the block copolymer film on a porous support, pyrolizing the block copolymer film to form a nanoporous carbon film, wherein the transfer step consists in a wet-transfer process comprising placing the block copolymer film coated foil in an etchant bath in an etching chamber and the porous support above the height of said etching bath, etching the underlying sacrificial foil of block copolymer film coated foil, raising the height of the etching bath above the porous support, bringing the free-floating etched block copolymer film on top of the porous support, and lowering the etching bath height below the porous support so as to deposit the copolymer film on top of the porous support.

摘要: Oxygen is removed from a gas feed such as a landfill gas, a digester gas or an industrial CO 2 off-gas by removing sulfur-containing compounds and siloxanes from the feed gas, heating the feed gas, optionally removing siloxanes and silanols from the heated feed gas, optionally removing part of the sulfur-containing compounds in the heated feed gas, optionally converting any or all of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the gas, including sulfur-containing compounds and/or chlorine-containing compounds, in the heated feed gas, injecting one or more reactants for oxygen conversion into the heated feed gas, carrying out a selective catalytic oxygen conversion in at least one suitable reactor, and cleaning the resulting oxygen-depleted gas. The reactants to be injected comprise one or more of H 2 , CO, ammonia, urea, methanol, ethanol and dimethyl ether (DME).
