Abstract: A wrist-worn, tool and routine activity aiding device (1) comprising, a wristband housing (2) having a front that includes a bottom surface (3), an outer edge (5) and a sidewall (6) that extends upwards from said bottom surface outer edge (8), said sidewall (6) having an inner surface (7), and a defined cavity boundary (40), a body (10) having a boundary edge (11) and top (12) and bottom (13) surfaces, a means (18) for aiding the wearer in a routine activity of the wearer and that is attached to the body (10), a tubular member (20), a flange (30). The tubular member (20) of the device is mounted to the body boundary edge (11), wherein the flange (30) interacts with the wristband housing (2) to lock and unlock the tubular member (20) to the housing (2). Tool members (50) have a configuration to be moved from a stored position to extended position for use, and wherein the tool members (50) in a stored position are located and stored completely within the boundaries of the cavity (40).
